The Mission of Ashton Central Inc. is first and foremost the security of the clients that have entrusted their lives and property to our vigilant care. The responsibility that is bestowed on Ashton Central as a supplier of security communication and surveillance services is crucial to the credibility of the security industry. As president of Ashton Central I have the responsibility to ensure that the central stays on course “the same as a Captain of a ship” in employee training, technological advances and reliability.

It is my experience that after the alarm installer has concluded the transaction and installed and tested the security system that the Central will in the course of one (1) year will have communicated with your client on average at least eight (8) times for various alarm related reasons. Decisions will be taken often times with your clients who are stressed and in need of professional guidance. The clients perceive the installing Alarm Company and the Central as being one and the same therefore your company is often evaluated by the performance of the monitoring Central and the staff.

As a Professional alarm installer you select the equipment you install for your clients very carefully bearing in mind the quality, durability, serviceability and reliability. In most cases the price difference between a mediocre piece of equipment and a quality component is important however when you weigh the cost of client dissatisfaction coupled with your aggravation, loss of time and credibility you opt to pay a little more for piece of mind. Selecting a Central to monitor your clients is similar as in the case of equipment however by selecting Ashton Central to monitor your clients you will be assured that you have chosen the best solution possible.

The Philosophy of Ashton Central is indicated by the name of the Central itself “ASHTON” and not “ABC” central. As president and owner of Ashton Central Inc. I use my family name to remind me that I must not sully the family name by being undignified, insolvent or dishonest. I made this choice when I started my alarm company in 1972 as Ashton Alarm Systems Registered. In 1975 Ashton Alarm Systems was incorporated and after the sale of Ashton Alarm Systems Inc. in April, 1997 Centrale Ashton Central Inc. was constituted under a Federal charter.

This Philosophy of Ashton Central Inc. oddly enough can be best coined by the French phrase “Digne de Confiance” translated as best as possible in the English language as “having indisputable confidence”
